SmartBidNet is a web-based annual subscription software with no installation necessary. Pricing is based on number of users (per general contractor) and functionalities needed. All subcontractors who receive invitations to bid can access the system at no cost.
All SmartBidNet packages include: invitation to bid, vendor management with integrated ConsensusDocs 721 Statement of Qualifications, document management, email/fax notifications, and client website integration. Unlimited external users, such as subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and design team, can access the system at no additional cost. Email notificiations are free and delivered faxes are charged per page, invoiced monthly per project.
*Additional users can be added at any time for a standard cost per user per year.
